Stitching Policy
- Considering the challenges in stitching for international customers and domestic customers who are unable to visit a tailor shop due to time constraints, we have introduced a blouse stitching option at Silk Secret.
- At Stitching Policy, we work closely with our expert tailoring team to ensure the best fit for your blouse. Please be aware, though, that blouses frequently fit perfectly when tried on in person with a tailor, and that even in person visits may necessitate adjustments.
- In case of any fit issues, we offer one alteration at no extra cost. Please be aware that in order to send the merchandise to us, consumers must pay for postage. When we return the modified blouse to you, we will cover the expense of one-way shipping.
- Our dispatch time is 4 working days from the date of order. For any queries regarding stitching, please reach out to info.thehandmades@gmail.com
- Please be aware that once a product is stitched, it cannot be returned, and no refunds or store credits will be issued.
